A fire that broke out at a shoe factory in Dhaka’s Kamrangirchar area today was brought under control after around half an hour.
Four firefighting units brought the blaze under control around 12:15pm,
said Rashed Bin Khaled, duty officer of Fire Service and Civil Defence control room.
The fire had started around 11:45am, he said.
The cause of the fire could not be known immediately.
